Excellent location - in the center of "Lower City" - Citta Bassa, right on pedestrian street, interesting design of the appartment (on the 3rd floor), fully-equipped kitchen, fare price, customer-friendly, ready-to-help general manager Thomas
It was difficult to find an entrance when we first arrived (we expected to find a building from the picture on the website).

It is a youthly renewed little apartment in the center of Bergamo bassa. Clean, totally equipped, with two bathrooms, in the kitchen dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker, electric hot plate, fridge. One separated bedroom and a living room enough for 3-4 people. In the living room there is a sofa wich can be opened for a quite big comfortable bed. Free and fast (!) wifi. No rumour of the traffic outside. In the kitchen little things important for one pure continental breakfast. We were really satisfied. Thank you. (Parking is a little difficult in that area, from 9:00-19:00 2 Eur/ hour, but after it is free.)

Great central location within walking distance to many attractions and shops. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with clean linen and towels. Supermarket conveniently located across the street.
The walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring apartments. Some maintenance issues were present, such as a broken shower, black mold in the bathroom, and a faulty kettle.

Clean and modern apartment, close to shops and only 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Bergamo is an interesting and attractive to place to visit.
We were staying on the 3rd floor and the lift was not working during our 4 day stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, with a ridiculously comfortable and massive bed. The location was absolutely perfect, and we were even upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful people ever, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The bathroom was stunning, and the price we paid was an absolute steal. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. And oh, did I mention the super-fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle. We were blown away!

excellent location and comfort. Staff (Mr Thomas) waited for me at the railway station. My flight back was in the evening, I left the apartment at about 3pm, but no previous asking for check-out [extremely friendly!]

Central location Luxurious and spacious apartment Adjustable heating and air conditioning Top of the range shower High quality fittings Free Internet Breakfast starter was helpful
Terrace was actually an internal balcony and as all the windows are obscured can feel claustrophobic with no indication of what it is like outside and no views at all. Kitchen planning was not ideal because one could not open the refrigerator door fully to access the freezer section. No tea towel for drying dishes. No kitchen roll or dish cloth. Not clear which apartment you are booking. Hot water was not warm enough. These niggles mean that we would not recommend it to others or book again despite the luxury features.

Our stay at Vip Apartments was fantastic! We spent three nights in a beautiful and comfortable penth-apartment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the old town. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with a wonderful bathroom. We also loved the price to value ratio, as it was a great deal. The bus station was just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for early morning flights. We even had a view of the old town from our bedroom. we highly recommend this accommodation for its excellent location, cleanliness, and value.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I had always wanted to visit the Fortified city of Bergamo, which was conveniently located near Vip Apartments. The fact that the accommodations offered separate dining areas was a pleasant surprise. This feature allowed for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience during my stay.
Apartment nr. 1 was noisy due to its proximity to the elevator and the external door.

Great modern apartment in a central location with free wi-fi. Perfect for our group of 4 as although it sleeps 6 the upstairs sofa bed wasnt very comfortable. The apartment was bright and spacious and a 10 min walk to the train station and a short walk to the finicular for a trip up to the old town. There were lots of nice shops and restaurants on the doorstep and a spar close by. The airport pick up was fantastic and well worth the 18 euros. Would really recommend these apartments and plan to visit again
The lift was not yet working so it was a bit of a hike up all the stairs to our top floor apartment........ but good for working off all that lovely Italian food!
